Thank you, so much, for your interest and willingness to assist with this event. At this time, our main need is assistance with setup and cleanup. Setup will start at 9am on Sunday, September 28 and will include assisting with food tables, dining tables, band/sound equipment, etc. Then, cleanup will start at 2pm and consist of tearing down tables and equipment, sweeping, loading trash, etc.
